not exactly, but, yes, that word "low" can be confusing. The use of the word "low" was to imply that even constant, "background noise", levels of daily stress (e.g. microaggressions, small acts of discrimination, etc.) can have long-term impacts.

It was "low" vs. "no"; not "low" vs. "high". But I can see why that is confusing so thanks for calling this out! I edited to it to take out the word "low".
